Jesse M. Fa, DDS

Dr. Jesse Fa received his Bachelor of Science degree in Science-Business from the University of Notre Dame in 2003. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in 2006.

Dr. Fa went on to complete two years of general practice dental residency at the Veteran’s Affair Hospitals of Long Beach and West Los Angeles.  Finding his passion for oral and maxillofacial surgery, Dr. Fa then also completed both an internship and residency in oral maxillofacial surgery at the  University of Illinois at Chicago in 2010 and University of the Pacific at Highland General Hospital in 2014. This composite of both advanced restorative, prosthetic and surgical training, uniquely qualifies Dr. Fa to treat facial and oral disorders.  In 2016, Dr. Fa was accepted as a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, reaching highest level of certification within the field of oral surgery.

Dr. Fa holds an appointment as volunteer faculty in the departments of Implant Dentistry and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association, American and California Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, California Dental Association, and the Contra Costa Dental Society.

Dr. Fa currently has hospital privileges at both John Muir Medical Center, Walnut Creek and Kaiser Oakland / Richmond campuses.   Dr. Fa actively takes trauma call at John Muir Medical Center.

Dr. Fa is an active member of the following Dental Associations:
